About the property
Villa Mare&Monti Istria, a house for all 4 seasons! A pool house located in a peaceful Istrian village below Učka Mountain. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, and an additional toilet. On the ground floor, there's a bedroom with a double bed, offering a view and direct access to the pool. Additionally, there's a bathroom and an extra toilet on this floor. The kitchen, dining area, living room, and two large covered terraces (one facing south, the other northwest toward Učka) are also on the ground floor. Both terraces have large tables with chairs/benches, each seating 8-10 people.
From the kitchen/dining area, you step out onto a spacious terrace overlooking the yard, children's playground, and a playhouse. The house spans 240 m², while the yard and plot cover 20,000 m². The central focus indoors is a wood-burning fireplace, providing warmth throughout. Plenty of firewood is available for a cozy, romantic winter atmosphere.
Apart from the fireplace, there are 4 air conditioners in the house, usable for both cooling and heating. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor built-in fireplace for unforgettable barbecues—perfect for grilling meat, fish, and vegetables. This fireplace is situated next to the terrace facing Učka (northwest), equipped with a wooden table and benches for 8 people. There's direct access to this terrace from the house.
In the garden, adjacent to the terrace, is the pool. We have 6 quality sun loungers with comfortable cushions, both in sunny and shaded areas. The house is located at the entrance to the Učka Nature Park, in a serene area outside the village of Vranje. Vranje is a small village with around 50 inhabitants but provides all the essentials for an unforgettable vacation, reset, gathering with friends, family, or couples. There are 2 Istrian taverns and 1 small supermarket in Vranje.
In the garden and yard, there's a furnished children's playground, a trampoline, loungers, table tennis, badminton, bicycles available, and a wooden playhouse. For the youngest guests, we offer a free baby cot, umbrella stroller, and a high chair.
The Smart/Android TV has IPTV with plenty of channels, series, and movies. The house has Wi-Fi, and there's parking available for multiple cars. You can procure excellent local products from nearby family farms (honey, propolis, natural cosmetics, homemade medicinal brandies, cheese, cottage cheese, milk, yogurt, seasonal homemade sausages, prosciutto, bacon, truffles, wine, etc.). Just ask us, we're happy to assist!
There's an option to order local food (authentic Istrian specialties) and have it delivered to the house upon request. If you love being in nature, this is your ideal place. The highest peak of Učka, called Vojak, is 1396 m high. The surroundings offer several famous hiking trails and breathtaking natural beauties (Aurania Trail from Vranje to Boljun, Vela Draga-Vranjska Draga - where several famous movies were filmed, 7 Waterfalls Trail, Poklon-Vojak, Mala Učka-Brgud, Historical sites Korita, Brajkov and Županj peak, Land Art Stražica-Sapaćica, Historical-mythical trail Trebišća-Perun, Stream Rečina and Banina waterfall, Hum, Kotli, Boljun, etc.).

Ein wirklich tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht. Es liegt für Wege nach Rijeka etwas fern ab, aber es ist durch die Lage sehr entspannt und ruhig vor Ort. Wir würden es definitiv wieder empfehlen

Budući da imamo dvoje male djece bilo nam je teško pronaći kuću koja nam odgovara za malo duži odmor. U moru ponuda, naišli smo na ovu kuću koja je zadovoljila sve naše želje i potrebe. Priroda, vanjsko igralište za djecu, kućica za igru...sve to nam je omogućilo da muž i ja bezbrižno pijemo kavu dok su nam dječica na oku i sigurna. Blizu je Opatija, Hum, Rijeka, Labin, Rabac...pa smo svaki dan organizirali mali izletić. Na raspolaganju smo imali i bicikle pa smo s djecom išli u vožnju selom, što je njima i nama bio poseban doživljaj. U kući se nalazi kamin koji grije cijelu kuću, na katu je velika kada u kojoj su se djeca voljela kupati, na raspologanju smo imali luftiće, kolutove za plivanje, rukavice za plivanje i razne druge rekvizite za zabavu u kadi (a ljeti za zabavu na bazenu). Naš domaćin, gospođa Jelena, pokazala je ljubaznost, gostoprimstvo i toplinu koja nadilazi inače hladan i distanciran odnos gost/domaćin na koji smo inače navikli. Također, susjeda Vesna nam je stajala na raspolaganju za sve što smo poželjeli i dala nam osjećaj sigurnosti jer nam je bila blizu. Kuća sama po sebi je predivna, izvana i iznutra i čega god da se sjetite da vam treba ili da niste ponijeli - naći ćete u kući. Mi smo bili u zimskim mjesecima i bilo nam je savršeno i svakako se vraćamo kada zatopli! Na ovom mjestu osjećali smo se kao doma i ovo je kuća u koju ćemo se svakako vraćati i stvarati još puno predivnih uspomena.

Wir haben das Haus im November für uns und ein paar Freunde gemietet. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit für jeden von uns. Sehr romantisch mit Kaminfeuer dass das ganze Haus erwärmt. Der Standort ist unter den höchsten Berg Istriens - Učka und die Luft ist daher sehr rhein und angenehm. Nicht weit davon entfernt befindet sich die Stadt Buzet (bekannt für leckeren Trüffel, gerade nach der Sommersaisson gibt es oft Wein- und Trüffelfeste).
In der anderen Richtung liegt Rijeka-dass auch Nachts sehr lebendig ist, sowie die Stadt Opatija die mit ihrer Romantik jeden verzaubert.
Da das Wetter in Istrien vorwiegend schön sonnig ist hat man in der Nähe des Hauses auch Möglichkeit zu wandern und Fahrradfahren. Das Haus hat eigenes Tischtennis, ein großes Kinderspielplatz, Hängeliegen, Außenholzgrill, Trampolin, Pool, eigene Fahrräder und jede Menge Geselschaftspiele...
Entfernt von Geräuschen und Straßen, ein perfekter Urlaub für die Seele.
Weit und breit gibt es nur wenige Nachbarn dadrunter Frau Vesna die das Haus betreut und mit ihrer Kochkunst jeden von uns verwöhnt hat.Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

even though we had a short stay, we were happy with everything the house provided, location, swimming pool and other contents.
the house is on the country side, hidden from all major roads, which makes it perfect for someone who is looking for a quite place to rest, but not so far from the sea coast, just 25-30min drive.
the house was clean, and Jelena was super kind and welcoming.
we definetly plan to come back.

Wir durften eine Woche Gäste dieser wunderschönen Villa sein.
Die Villa liegt wunderschön ruhig und lädt zum entspannen ein.
Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll ausgesucht und sehr modern.
In der Villa befindet sich absolut alles was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt.
Der Pool mit seinen schönen Liegen lädt ebenfalls zum entspannen ein. Für Kinder wäre sogar ein kleiner Spielplatz vorhanden. Das Haus verfügt ebenfalls über Fahrräder mit denen man die schöne Gegend erkunden kann. Ein Holzkohlegrill ist auch vorhanden. Eines der beiden schönen und modernen Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne und das andere über eine Dusche.
Besonders zu erwähnen ist die nette Gastgeberin Jelena. Sie steht einem bei Fragen jederzeit zur Seite, kümmert sich umgehend um Anliegen und kann einem schöne Ausflugspunkte empfehlen. Was sollen wir sagen ? Es war für uns die perfekte Unterkunft und wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Fantastična kuća, fantastična lokacija ni pre blizu ni pre daleko, domaćini odlični, kuća dovoljno velika da 12 ljudi može spavat iako je registrirana za 8.Domaćini su nam pustili dovoljno drva i za roštilj (3 dana roštiljanja) i za kamin koji se također nalazi u kući. Kuća čista besprijekorno, dobili smo i bicikle na korištenje...
Uglavnom vraćamo se sigurno!!

This is the perfect house in a wonderful location. The owners couldn’t be nicer. It has everything you need to spend a week very comfortably. A five star restaurant within walking distance, a pool in the yard and all the amenities you need. It has easy access to the main roads. Highly recommend this place.

Lokacija kuće je fantastična, dovoljno si blizu svemu, dovoljno si daleko od svega. Ujutro te budi sunce koje izbija iznad Učke, tišina, čist zrak. Prekrasno. Ako ste željni aktivnog odmora, Učka je 15 min autom, Opatija, Hum, Labin, Pula, Rovinj, ma sve je s autom max sat vremena udaljeno. A ako želite samo boraviti u kući i tu je dovoljno zanimacije i izbora. Veliki roštilj vani, prostor za jedenje, bazen, trampolin, igralište za djecu, ognjište za logorsku vatru pa se može navečer uživati pod zvjezdanim nebom. Jednostavno prekrasno ❤.
Kuća je kao na slikama, ma još i bolja. Unutra nas je dočekalo sve, počevši od svih osnovnih (pa i više) namirnica u kuhinji do društvenih igara. Ne mogu izdvojiti samo jedno, sve što pomislite, to ćete pronaći u kući.
Dočekala nas je teta Vesna, kako smo kasno došli dočekao nas je i tanjur domaćih namirnica i kruh za večeru i na tome smo beskrajno zahvalni ❤.
Domaćica Jelena je prekrasna, izuzetno susretljiva tijekom cijelog boravka, brinula se za nas kao da smo njezina obitelj. Jako puno savjeta i prijedloga što vidjeti, a toliko nam je lijepo bilo da ćemo se vratiti sigurno ❤.
S nama su bila i dva psa, srednje veličine, Jelena je mislila na sve pa tako i na poslastice za njih. 😌
Za našu curicu smo dobili i domaće voće, ma stvarno nemamo riječi. Poželji smo samo da je taj boravak duže trajao, ali vratit ćemo se opet i opet.

Kuća se nalazi u malom, mirnom mjestu, idealnom za odmor sa društvom ili obitelji. Objekt sadrži apsolutno sve što zatrebate, opremljen je do najmanjeg detalja pa se osjećate kao kod kuće (od stvari potrebnih za domaćinstvo do raznih društvenih igara, bazena…). Domaćini su dostupni 24/7, možete im se obratiti za sve što zatrebate. Ono što mi se također svidjelo je to što na većini uređaja/stvari koje koristite svakodnevno, a potencijalno se razlikuju od uređaja/stvari u vašem domu, imate uputstva za korištenje što zaista olakšava stvari.
Posebno mi se svidjelo što je objekt pet friendly, kao i susjedin pesek Lord koji nas je posjećivao i uveseljavao naš godišnji odmor. :)

Gospođa Jelena i njezina obitelj imaju predivnu kuću u Vranji, malom mjestu pokraj Opatije, gdje smo proveli tri predivna dana. Kuća je prekrasna, opremljena sa svim sitnicama koje su nam bile potrebne, od onih za kuhanje, do dječjih igračaka i igrališta sa trampolinom, a imali smo i bicikle za vožnju po selu, badminton, sve za roštilj, ležaljke za uživanje, ljuljačku za odmor... U kući je predivan kamin koji daje toplinu cijeloj kući i prekrasan ugođaj za druženje uz obitelj u hladnim danima. Kuću okružuje planina Učka koja djeluje nestvarno, posebno u bojama jeseni kada je svako drvo drugačije boje. U blizini je najmanji grad Hum koji smo posjetili, kao i Motovun, Pazin i Opatija. Prosetati možete do konbe Ema hrana je odlična, imaju domaću tjesteninu koja je prefina i cijene su pristupačne. Naši domaćini Jelena i njena obitelj su bili predivni, uslužni, dočekali nas sa platom domaćih proizvoda, uputili nas na sva mjesta i Jelena mi je učinila pravu uslugu, hvala im na svemu! Nezaboravan i bajkovit odmor, koji ćemo zauvijek pamtiti :)
