Villa Mare&Monti Istria, a house for all 4 seasons!

A pool house located in a peaceful Istrian village below Učka Mountain. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, and an additional toilet. On the ground floor, there's a bedroom with a double bed, offering a view and direct access to the pool. Additionally, there's a bathroom and an extra toilet on this floor. The kitchen, dining area, living room, and two large covered terraces (one facing south, the other northwest toward Učka) are also on the ground floor. Both terraces have large tables with chairs/benches, each seating 8-10 people.

From the kitchen/dining area, you step out onto a spacious terrace overlooking the yard, children's playground, and a playhouse. The house spans 240 m², while the yard and plot cover 20,000 m². The central focus indoors is a wood-burning fireplace, providing warmth throughout. Plenty of firewood is available for a cozy, romantic winter atmosphere.

Apart from the fireplace, there are 4 air conditioners in the house, usable for both cooling and heating. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor built-in fireplace for unforgettable barbecues—perfect for grilling meat, fish, and vegetables. This fireplace is situated next to the terrace facing Učka (northwest), equipped with a wooden table and benches for 8 people. There's direct access to this terrace from the house.

In the garden, adjacent to the terrace, is the pool. We have 6 quality sun loungers with comfortable cushions, both in sunny and shaded areas. The house is located at the entrance to the Učka Nature Park, in a serene area outside the village of Vranje. Vranje is a small village with around 50 inhabitants but provides all the essentials for an unforgettable vacation, reset, gathering with friends, family, or couples. There are 2 Istrian taverns and 1 small supermarket in Vranje.
